Services
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for coaching services provided by Victoria Evans Official (the “Coach”) to the “Client” (you). By engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Client Responsibilities
- The Client is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. The Coach will not be held liable for outcomes related to services provided.
- Coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Client agrees to consult with medical or mental health professionals for specific health-related concerns.
- The Client commits to open communication, being receptive to feedback, and fully participating in the program to achieve the best results.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
- If the Client is late, the Coach will wait 15 minutes before the session is marked as a no-show.
Confidentiality
The Coach will keep all Client information strictly confidential, except where required by law or with the Client’s written consent. Coaching sessions may be recorded at the Client’s request for personal review.
Limited Liability
The Coach makes no guarantees regarding outcomes from coaching services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services rendered up to the termination date.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Coach remain the intellectual property of Victoria Evans Official. The Client is granted a single-user license and may not share, reproduce, or distribute program materials without written permission.
Binding Agreement
This agreement is binding upon all parties.
