Coaching, courses, and digital products provided by the Coach are not therapy and do not substitute for professional medical or mental health advice. If the Student requires medical, psychological, or other professional help, they should seek the services of a qualified health provider. The Student acknowledges that the Coach’s services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness or health condition. - Program Participation:
The Student agrees to participate fully in any program, engage with the provided materials, and communicate openly for the best results. The Student must be 18 years or older to purchase and engage in any of the Coach’s services, courses, or programs. - Medical Disclaimer:
All coaching, courses, and advice provided by the Coach are for informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice. Any health-related topics discussed in programs or materials are for general education purposes and should not be relied upon as a sole resource for health decisions. Always consult a healthcare professional before making any health or lifestyle changes.
3. Services, Schedule, and Fees
- Program Delivery:
Programs and courses are delivered through various online formats, including modules, video lessons, or downloadable content. Access to these materials may be time-bound, depending on the product purchased. - Payment Terms:
The Student agrees to pay for the selected program, digital product, or service at the rate specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Stripe or PayPal). Enrollment is only confirmed upon successful payment. All sales are final, and there are no refunds for any services, courses, or digital products, unless otherwise stated. - Payment Plans:
If the Student selects a payment plan option, they are obligated to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in termination of access to the program or service, with no refunds for payments already made.
4. Confidentiality
- Confidentiality:
The Coach will keep all information shared during coaching sessions or program participation confidential, except when disclosure is required by law. The Coach is not bound by doctor-patient confidentiality laws, and confidentiality is upheld to the extent allowable by law. - Course and Community Interactions:
The Student acknowledges that comments, quizzes, or other content shared within community spaces or learning platforms may be visible to other participants. The Student agrees to maintain respectful communication within these spaces.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- License to Use:
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by the Coach, whether in coaching sessions, digital products, or courses, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The Student is granted a non-transferable, single-user license to use the Program materials for personal purposes only. - Prohibited Uses:
The Student agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or use any part of the Coach’s materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
- No Guarantees:
The Coach makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the results or outcomes that the Student will achieve from participating in any program, course, or coaching service. Results vary from person to person, and individual success is dependent on multiple factors outside the Coach’s control. - Limited Liability:
The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of any Program, Product, or Service. The Coach’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Student for services provided.
7. Termination
- Termination by the Coach:
The Coach reserves the right to terminate the Student’s access to any program, course, or service at any time for breach of these Terms or any other reason. No refunds will be issued for terminated services. - Cancellation by the Student:
Students who have enrolled in membership plans or recurring services may cancel prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges. No refunds will be issued for payments already processed.
8. Refund Policy
No Refunds:
All sales are final. Victoria Evans Official has a strict no-refund policy for all Programs, Products, Services, and digital products. By purchasing any Program, Product, or Service, the Student agrees that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

By purchasing and participating in any Program, Product, or Service, the Student agrees to provide personal information such as name and email address. This information will be stored securely and used solely for communication and program delivery purposes. - Privacy Policy:

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
